“EXTREME DISCOUNT PROGRAM”

INTRODUCTION AND EXTREME DISCOUNT OPTIONS

We have developed the concept of the Extreme Discount Program to provide agents with an alternative to the existing Ticket system currently available. This program is a simple, highly flexible, added value product that represents fantastic value for the traveller. All these options are only available to clients based in Zimbabwe and do not include any Park fees or Visa fees.

EDPZI 1 - OPTION ONE:

A client purchasing this option will get a Sunset Cruise plus the choice of any two of the following products;

  • Full or Half day Rafting
  • Full or Half Day Canoe Safari

  • AM or PM- Elephant Back Safari or Encounter

  • 13 Min Helicopter Flight of Angels

  • AM or PM Lion Encounter

  • 25 Min Fixed wing flight of angels

  • 3 hour Horse trail

  • Night game drive

  • A choice of one Gorge Adrenaline activity, which can be done twice.

    • Any extra products purchased with the EDP, are slightly discounted as per rates sheet:

  • Rafting, Canoeing, Lions & Elephant back

  • 15 min Helicopter flight of Angels
    Please note that we use 2 Helicopter operators, one company is based in Zambia and as such the above price does not include the cross border fee to Zambia which is US$5pp. The other is based in Zimbabwe and does not include usd5pp National Parks fees.
    The Cruise is a standard Sunset Cruise fully inclusive of dry snacks & local drinks, and excludes the National Parks river usage fee.
    Clients may choose the same product twice if they wish.
    NO Park fees river usage are included and they currently stand as USD5pp for the Cruise and USD10pp for the Rafting & Canoeing. Both payable directly by the clients at our offices.

    EDPZI 2 - OPTION TWO :

    A client purchasing this option will get to choose any three of the following products;
  • Full or Half Day Rafting

  • Full or Half Day Canoe Safari

  • AM or PM- Elephant Back Safari or Encounter

  • 15 Min Helicopter Flight of Angels

  • AM or PM Lion Encounter

  • 25 Min Fixed wing flight of angels

    A client purchasing this option will get to choose any three of the following products and get a 3-in-1 DVD of their activities included in the price;

  • Full or Half Day Rafting

  • AM or PM- Elephant Back Safari or Encounter

  • 15 Min Helicopter Flight of Angels

  • AM or PM Lion Encounter

    • Any extra products purchased with the EDP, are slightly discounted as per rates sheet:

  • Rafting, Canoeing, Lions & Elephant back

  • 15 min Helicopter flight of Angels,

    • Please note that the Helicopter company for this option is based in Zambia and as such the above price does not include the cross border transfer fee to Zambia which is US$5pp, payable to the consultant at our office.
    The Cruise is a standard Sunset Cruise fully inclusive of dry snacks & local drinks, but excludes the National Parks river usage fee.
    Clients may choose the same product Two or Three times if they wish.

    Please note any client booking the EDP is entitled to 15 minutes free use of our Internet services, currently the fastest connection in town. Booking the EDP also entitles the clients to discounts on our merchandise products

    Booking procedure, is clients are to be issued with one voucher and this voucher is to be redeemed in our Vic Falls office, here clients will reconfirm their activities, pay any river usage or visa fees depending on which activity they have booked and will then be issued with separate vouchers which are valid for travel.

    Clients staying in Zambia who want to partake in these activities are to note that there is a transfer fee associated with collection from the Zambian side, transfers are only included within Zimbabwe from all local hotels or accommodation units within Victoria Falls Municipality area. Transfers from outside this area are also available but at an extra cost to the client.

    NO VISA FEES FOR ENTRY TO ZAMBIA, ZIMBABWE, BOTSWANA OR ANY NATIONAL PARK FEES ARE INCLUDED IN ANY TRANSFERS OR ACTIVITIES
