NOTES - PLEASE READ AND TAKE NOTE
1. EDP activities in Zimbabwe - Raft, Canoe, Elephant Back/Encounter,
Lion Encounter, 15 Min Heli flight of Angels, 25 min Fixed Wing
flight of Angels,3hr horse Trail, Parasailing, Night Game Drive
and Gorge Adrenaline Activity.
2. Zimbabwe National Park fees are NOT included in the Raft, Canoe,
Horse Trails, Cruise, Tour of Falls, also Exclude day visa fees
of $10pp for Heli flights as they are in Zambia.
This is also valid for all EDP activities. These fees are payable
at check in on date of travel.
3. Zambian Elephant and Lion Encounter safaris exclude any Park
fees applicable currently usd10pp payable on date of travel. Sun
clients are exempt.

areas.
16. Please note we reserve the right to cancel at any time a tour
booked due to rain, closure by National Parks or any other unforseen
event.
17. Day visitors Visa fees for clients originating in Zimbabwe
for Heli, Microlight are included.
18. For Zimbabwe Based clients for Heli, Microlight and EDP 3
& 4 activities, clients will go to Zambia and need their passports.
19. For Zim based activities where clients originate from Zambia,
transfers are included to/from the Zambian border post ONLY &
No Visa's are included.
20. Prices include Government Tourism Levies but exclude sales
tax and VAT where applicable
21. Safari Par Excellence reserves the right to amend rates without
prior notice.
22. Visa Fees for Zimbabwe and Zambia are NOT included for overnight
activities and are payable direct by the client unless
passport details are provided to Safari Par Excellence 72 hours
prior in order for us to submit a manifest which will waiver the
visa fees for
Zambia ONLY. This includes for example, Overnight Canoe safaris,
Waterfront and Thorntree Lodge accommodation.
23. Due to the nature of the activity and areas of operation,
NO children under 15 years of age may participate in activities
such as rafting,
riverboarding, kayaking, bunji jumping, Lion Encounter etc.. Please
check when booking.
24."Daily on Request" is subject to minimum client numbers
and a trip running.
25. Rafting and Riverboarding from February to June is subject
to the water level.
26. Any increases in ZAWA or Park Fees for ELEPHANT BACK RIDES
& Game drives IN ZAMBIA are out of our control & subject
to
change without notice. These will be payable direct in cash or
traveller's cheques if & when relevant.
27. Chobe Day Trip includes return transfers ex Livingstone/Vic
Falls plus game drive, cruise, Park entry fee and lunch. Drinks
on activities included
all drinks at Lunch are extra payable direct as are visas for
Botswana, where relevant.
28. It is compulsory to have Medical and Travel Insurance.
29. Clients travelling between Zimbabwe and Zambia are advised
to apply for or purchase a double/multiple entry visa
when applicable.
30. Any Waterfront excursions booked in/from Zimbabwe are subject
to US$10 return transfer fee.
31. Safari Par Excellence reserve the right to change these rates
without notice should operating costs increase beyond our control.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
25% Deposit is required to confirm bookings, payable to your travel
agent.
Cancellation more than 30 days before travel : Loss of deposit
Cancellation within 30 days of travel : 25% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 7 days of travel : 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 24hrs / no show : 100% cancellation fee
If a guest is sick and can provide a Doctor's Note : 100% refund
