14. Lodge Management will collect Park fees from clients.

16. Children under 12 years of age at Masuwe - negotiable on request at 50% of the published rate sharing with Parents.
17. It is compulsory to have Medical and Travel Insurance.
18. Clients travelling between Zimbabwe and Zambia are advised to apply for or purchase a double/multiple entry visa when applicable.
19. Visa Fees are NOT INCLUDED and are payable direct by the client where necessary.
20. Safari Par Excellence reserves the right to amend these rates without prior notice.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
25% deposit is required to confirm bookings, payable to your travel agent.
All safaris must be paid in full to the agent 30 days prior to date of departure.
Cancellation received 30-60 days prior to date of departure = loss of 25% deposit.
Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to date of departure = 100% loss of total payment.
