2. Day visitors Visa fees for clients originating in Zimbabwe for any activities in Zambia pay for their day visa if applicable
3. For Zimbabwe Based clients for Zambian based activities, clients will need their passports.
4. Prices exclude VAT where applicable
5. Safari Par Excellence reserves the right to amend rates without prior notice.
6. Due to the nature of the activity and areas of operation, children under a certain age may not be able to participate in some activities
7."Daily on Request" is subject to minimum client numbers and a trip running.

25% Deposit is required to confirm bookings, payable to your travel agent.
Cancellation more than 30 days before travel : Loss of deposit
Cancellation within 30 days of travel : 25% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 7 days of travel : 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 24hrs / no show : 100% cancellation fee
If a guest is sick and can provide a Doctor's Note : 100% refund
