1. EDP activities in Zimbabwe include - Raft, Canoe, Elephant
Back/Encounter, Lion Encounter, 13 Min Heli flight of Angels,
25 min Fixed Wing flight of Angels,3hr horse Trail, Parasailing,
Night Game Drive and A Gorge Adrenaline Activity.
2. Zimbabwe National Park fees are NOT included in the Raft, Canoe,
Horse Trails, Cruise, Tour of Falls. This is valid for all EDP
activities. Fees are payable in cash at check in on date of travel.
3. The Helicopter Flights for EDP may be in Zambia and these exclude
border fees of $5pp payable in cash at our Zim offices.

booked due to rain, closure by National Parks or any other unforseen

16. For Zimbabwe Based clients for Heli, Microlight and EDP 3
& 4 activities, clients may go to Zambia and will thus need
their passports.
17. For Zim based activities where clients originate from Zambia,
transfers are included to/from the Zambian border post ONLY &
No Visa's are included.
18. Prices include Government Tourism Levies but exclude sales
tax and VAT where applicable
19. Visa Fees for Zimbabwe and Zambia are NOT included for ANY
overnight or other activities and are payable direct by the client.
20. Due to the nature of the activity and areas of operation,
NO children under 15 years of age may participate in activities
such as rafting,
riverboarding, kayaking, bunji jumping, Lion Encounter etc.. Please
check when booking.
21."Daily on Request" is subject to minimum client numbers
and a trip running.
22. Rafting and Riverboarding from February to June is subject
to the water level.
23. Chobe Day Trip includes return transfers ex Vic Falls plus
game drive, cruise, Park entry fee and lunch. Drinks on activities
included
all drinks at Lunch are extra payable direct as are visas for
Botswana, where relevant.
24. It is compulsory to have Medical and Travel Insurance.
25. Clients travelling between Zimbabwe and Zambia are advised
to apply for or purchase a double/multiple entry visa where applicable
26. Safari Par Excellence reserve the right to change these rates
without notice should operating costs increase beyond our control.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
25% Deposit is required to confirm bookings, payable to your travel
agent.
Cancellation more than 30 days before travel : Loss of deposit
Cancellation within 30 days of travel : 25% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 7 days of travel : 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation within 24hrs / no show : 100% cancellation fee
If a guest is sick and can provide a Doctor's Note : 100% refund
