8. OA - These rates include one activity per night from the choice
of Sunset cruise, Tour of Falls & Game walk. Excludes all
National parks fees
11. All the rates above are Excluding airport transfers and have
inclusions as stated under the inclusions column.
12. All rates EXCLUDE National Parks entry fees - usd20 into Rainforest
and usd5 on Cruise.
13. Unless other wise stated, All alcohol and soft drinks are
excluded and can be purchased from the bar.
14. Lodge Management will collect Park fees from clients.
15. Prices include Government Levies but exclude VAT .
16. Children under 12 years of age at Masuwe - negotiable on request
at 50% of the published rate sharing with Parents.
17. It is compulsory to have Medical and Travel Insurance.
18. Clients travelling between Zimbabwe and Zambia are advised
to apply for or purchase a double/multiple entry visa when applicable.
19. Visa Fees are NOT INCLUDED and are payable direct by the client
where necessary.
20. Safari Par Excellence reserves the right to amend these rates
without prior notice.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
25% deposit is required to confirm bookings, payable to your travel
agent.
All safaris must be paid in full to the agent 30 days prior to
date of departure.
Cancellation received 30-60 days prior to date of departure =
loss of 25% deposit.
Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to date of departure
= 100% loss of total payment.
